A little about ourselvesThe Finglas Concert & Marching Band was formed in Finglas to give an opportunity to help many children who could not afford musical lessons to come together in this community run band and learn to play a musical instrument. 20 years later we're stilling putting instruments in young peoples hands, giving them world class tuition and seeing remarkable accomplishments.
Many of the children from years ago now teach music as a job, some have gone on to appear in many concerts and learnt a skill that will stand them for life, whether it be at a party performing or simply passing on the love and skill to their own children. All have been enriched with music in their life and remarkable adventures with some really awesome people. |

To be able to play a musical instrument is a valuable and enriching skill. To play in an award winning band is rewarding and fun. With the Finglas Concert & Marching Band you get both! New members, both beginners and improvers from age 8 upwards, are always welcome.
